Meet Sarah,
the Support Behind AGO

I’m Sarah Cloud, owner of All Good Ops Co. I bring hands-on experience in business management, operations, bookkeeping, customer service, and project coordination—and an understanding of how those pieces work together.

During several years as a general manager in chemical manufacturing, my responsibilities spanned accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, purchasing, inventory, quality control, and team leadership. I wore many hats, gaining hands-on experience across nearly every aspect of day-to-day business operations. I worked extensively with customers, supported sales, and coordinated orders while keeping daily operations on track. That experience taught me to balance competing priorities, solve problems, and recognize how decisions in one area affect the entire business.

My background also includes business-to-business sales, customer account support, custom orders, shipping and receiving, and on-site coordination. I’m comfortable working across teams, managing time-sensitive details, and following through from the initial request to completion.

Through AGO, I put that experience to work for general contractors, builders, electricians, plumbers, HVAC companies, landscapers, cleaning businesses, and many other small businesses that need help managing their office work and daily operations. Whether you need invoices prepared, estimates organized, customers followed up with, schedules coordinated, or materials and vendor orders tracked, I help keep the details connected and the work moving. AGO offers capable, dependable support without the commitment of adding a full-time employee. You work directly with me on one-time projects, administrative catch-up, or ongoing support—remotely or on-site as needed, with as much or as little help as your workload requires.
